Here's one of my watercolors which I'm thinking of entering into an on-line art contest. It's currently untitled, but I'm thinking of "Forest Pond."

Oh goodness...I've been a little busy. Big news here is that the Gallery is going to be relocating the end of this month. Just two blocks away on Government Street. I will be better about posting all the new information in a week or so!

The lighthouse at NAS Pensacola by Angela Pogue. This will be at the show "Land and Sea: Reflections of Pensacola" beginning 21 May.

The gallery will be holding a watercolor pour class on Sunday, 25 April, from 2p to 5p. Cost is $30 per person and all materials will be supplied. Class size is limited.

The "Elcano" by Angela Pogue. This will be on display beginning May 21, 2010 at the gallery. This is mixed media, pen and ink on vellum with a plot chart underneath.

Always a favorite, the "Confetti necklace." Lots of stones, glass beads, pearls and findings.

Another something special for Mother's day or graduation. This three-strand necklace is made of freshwater pearls,leopard jasper and Swarovski crystals.

This has to be one of my most all-time favorite photos by Michael Loftis. Then again, I have a soft spot in my heart for Border Collies.

Here are some photos of the current show at the gallery, "Oil and Water." We had a great start last night with Gallery Night. I hope everyone who came enjoyed themselves!

I was so excited about adding the calla lilly to the blog that I forgot to include the text! The calla lilly is watercolor by Joy Stone Emmanuel. It will be on display here as part of the show "Oil and Water."

Here we are at the fundraiser for Big Brothers/Big Sisters. The food was fabulous and the art by the children incredible. There's a lot of up and coming talent out there.
